Skills Without Border

IIBP / ATC Academic Pathways

Through IIBP, learners can complete non-accredited micro-credentials, which can later be presented for possible credit towards higher level skill sets delivered by the ATC (RTO 46174). These skill sets can then be combined to fulfill the requirements of a full qualification, delivered through ATC. This pathway provides a flexible and progressive approach to achieving nationally recognized certifications.

Why Skill Sets?

Studying a skill set within a VET qualification allows individuals to gain targeted, specific skills relevant to a particular job role or industry area, enabling them to quickly upskill, address immediate workforce needs, and potentially gain employment without needing to complete a full qualification, making it a flexible and efficient way to enhance their career prospects.

What can a skill set do for a learner?

  • Earn multiple qualifications that are recognized throughout Australia and globally.
  • Create a long-term study plan and immerse yourself in Australian life for up to 5 years.
  • Build a diverse, transferrable set of skills and knowledge in both general and specialized business areas.
  • Open a wider range of career opportunities and expand your career networks in Australia over time.
  • Provide flexibility and responsiveness to changing workforce skills needs.
